Space Planning On establishment of a facility planning study or the client's brief, the detailed furniture layout plans will be developed from the preliminary block plans reflecting optimum space efficiencies. Interior Design The development of schematic conceptual design to a total integrated design through defining of corporate identity, selection of colours, materials, furniture, fittings plant and artwork. Contract Documentation In accordance with the client's approved furniture layout. Plan and design concept, a full set of detailed drawings and specifications will be prepared for formal tender to contractors and suppliers. Contract Administration The management of the construction phase of a project on behalf of our client to include regular site supervision, attendance of meetings and coordination with all relevant consultants, contractors and suppliers.
