Who We Are
Founded in 1999 by NUS Building and Estate Management graduates Mr. Alan Tang and Mr. Jerry Ah Chin Kow, Space Scope was born from a shared belief in thoughtful construction and lasting impact. In 2017, Ms. Toh Bee Bee joined as Partner, after more than a decade of dedicated service.
Today, we are a BCA-registered contractor (C1 and L4), with ISO 9001:2000 and OHSAS 18001:2008 certifications — but beyond credentials, it is our unwavering values that shape the way we build. Professionalism, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset guide every project we undertake.
We believe that construction is more than just structure — it is about care, detail, and understanding how people live. Our ability to deliver finely crafted homes has led to long-standing collaborations with respected architectural firms, including K2LD, Guz Architects, RT+Q, and Aamer Architects.
